WARRANTY, EXCHANGES, RETURN
MadbyM Designs proudly stand behind every product that is sold. All products are warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for 14 days.
SHIPPING AND TRACKING
**Due to COVID-19 delays may occur as we work as quickly as possible to fulfill your orders. When your order is shipped we will send you an email containing your tracking number.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
If you purchase an item and it goes brought it within 14 days you can request for a price adjustment and we will be happy to refund you the difference.
CANCELING OR CHANGING ORDERS
If you need to cancel your online order, please note that we may have began processing orders within hours you complete checkout. This could mean that there is only a short period where submitted orders can be easily canceled or changed. Once the order has been shipped the order cannot be canceled or changed.
