OUR WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
MadbyM Designs proudly stand behind every product that is sold. All products are warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for 14 days. Please contact us within the 14 days for these defects. Items must be unworn and have the original tags. Each shipped package will come with a packing slip. All return items must be returned with original packaging.
Purchases made on MadbyM.com can be returned online for 30 days from the time of purchase. Please contact us with the following order details.

The return items can be either exchanged or eligible for a full refund minus a $10 restocking fee. Return payments can only be refunded to the original form of payment that was used at the time of purchase. It may take up to 3-5 business days to process a return after the item has been received.
